| This paper focus on the design of the robot sorting workstation.More concretel,two kinds of robot sorting workstations are introduced,One is for fixed-point sorting and the other is for dynamic identification sorting.When the first kind of sorting workstation is used,the target is placed on a fixed tray,and the robot quickly sorted the object to the destination.When the second kind of sorting workstations is used,the tray of the object is moving with the pipelined conveyor belt.The tray needs to rely on the vision for real-time positioning.This research has solved the following key problems:Construction of control system.The devices of workstation include industrial robot,PLC,industrial control computer and camera system.It constructs a heterogeneous communication network,so as to solve the contradiction between different devices which have different communication modes.Dynamic identification of objects.In this study,the image recognition method is used to accurately locate the target of uncertain position,so that the sorting system can pick up the object on the pipeline.Improving sorting speed of sorting system.In the case that the hardware is fixed,by adjusting the valve opening time,the time waiting for the robot to be stable is eliminated.By adding fast jitter,the problem that the sucker also adheres to the target when valve is closed is resolved.This paper focuses on the programs design of two kinds of robot sorting workstations.The programs include robot programs,PLC programs and computer programs.The robot programs include the design of the user interface,the design of the multitask program,and the design of the processing task.PLC programs include communication programs with robots,communication programs with host computers,and logical control of workstations.The computer program is mainly designed for the user interface.The computer programs are developed based on the configuration software.The experiment shows that the two kinds of robot sorting workstations introduced in this paper are stable and reliable,and are especially suitable for practical teaching equipment. |
