Customer relationship management is an indispensable business requirement of commercial banks.At present,many banks conform to the trend of informationization development,and have made the business information management of customer information management complete with the help of computer and network to manage customer information.This article is already the background,according to the actual needs of customer information management of Shanxi Merchants Bank,combined with the author’s many years of work experience to develop an information management system.Functionally speaking,the system mainly includes: user login module,password modification module,opinion acceptance module,information release module,customer information saving module,customer information inquiry module and the like.Technically,the CRM system developed by this paper adopts the current popular B / S architecture mode and uses C language to complete the development.It completes the development according to the actual needs of banks and the existing Web application mode.Database management system using SQL Server.This article focuses on requirements analysis,system design and system implementation of several parts of the software development.Through the use of the system,for example,the function of the system is described.The database design uses E-R diagrams,entity attribute diagrams and data tables to describe it.The implementation code of the key functions is also introduced.Finally,the system performs a comprehensive performance test and function test,the test results show that the system can be stable enough to complete the pre-set all the features.The CRM system developed by this paper greatly improves the bank’s management efficiency of customer’s personal information,reduces the work load of bank employees,improves the commercial value of customer information and creates more economic benefits for the bank.
