Knowledge graph as the new storage and representation of knowledge,the computer can identify and human readability of more traditional forms of text links have a great progress even leap,especially in the organization of large amounts of data information,can reflect the superior scalability and interactivity.For general knowledge and specific domain knowledge preservation,inquiry,reasoning work has a good driving effect.The principle and concept for the knowledge graph will lead to,on the basis of the study and summary of common disease to build knowledge graph based on open source data and other medical information,the automatic question answering system is used to build on common diseases.This paper introduces the concept of knowledge graph and the construction process of knowledge graph based on open source data and other medical data.Through the establishment of disease symptoms of ontology and build a common vocabulary for user information from the open source data compare the knowledge of disease,use of the Chinese academy of sciences in Chinese word segmentation algorithm and the stop method high utilization of Chinese sentence semantic recognition,after an effective Chinese keywords by the repeated interaction with the user,eliminate useless disease symptoms after polymerization,for the existing symptoms may get the result set,by similarity matching optimization algorithm to infer the user could query the optimal solution.Finally,an example test is carried out for the design of the automatic question and answer model,and the experimental results are verified.
