More and more research institutions have carried out extensive research and application on 5G,namely the fifth generation mobile communication.The 5G frequency band that attracts the most interest of the majority of scholars is located near the Ka frequency band.In order to satisfy the convenience of antenna production and expand the application in real life,the main work of this thesis is to study a new type of double circular polarized planar reflector array.The main research contents and innovation of this paper as follows:(1)In view of the double circular polarized reflection array equipment large volume,complex made a lot of problems,this paper designed a new type of double circular polarized plane reflection array,using the square patch with extension and cross coupling with a hole aperture coupling antenna structure to achieve the double circular polarized radiation.The ideal phase distribution of the element combination for the realization of double-circularly polarized radiation is proposed,which is of guiding significance to the design of other double-circularly polarized reflection arrays.(2)In view of the lack of quantitative analysis of electromagnetic simulation research in the optimization process of electromagnetic simulation,the activation function Sigmoid(x)and Gompertz were used to add quantitative analysis to the phase shift curve.According to the parameters of the fitting function and the characteristics of the fitting image combined with the smoothness of the phase shift curve,the bandwidth performance of the reflection array was evaluated quantitatively,the systematic analysis process was carried out,and the analysis results were strengthened,which laid a foundation for the prediction algorithm mechanism of the electromagnetic structure artificial intelligence in the future.(3)For the problem of double circular poles being broadbanded,this paper mainly designs a series of cell subsets with a certain frequency resolution to meet the phase-shift coverage requirements of both left-handed and right-handed circularly polarized radiation to ensure the bandwidth performance of the array.When the cell structure corresponds to the ideal phase shift distribution,the bandwidth performance of the array is also guaranteed.The same is true for other similar double-circularly polarized arrays.(4)In order to realize flexible beam scanning function at 5G operating frequency,a double-frequency double-beam coupling rectangular reflective array with a single word slot opening is designed.The formation of circularly polarized double beams in different rotational directions is controlled in different frequency bands,which reduces the requirement of the required aperture quantity and expands the practicability of array.The variables that affect the phase shift curve in the dual-frequency dual-circular polarization reflection unit are studied,which provides a reference for the design of other dual-frequency reflection units.Overall,this study focused on the K and ka-band of the millimeter wave,design a new type of double circular polarized plane reflection array at the same time realize the convenience and practicability,has wider bandwidth than the existing research and the lower section,easy production,integration and installation,good performance can satisfy more fields to the demand of the double circular polarized reflection array.
