| Public digital cultural services are supported by modern information technology and meet the digital cultural needs of the masses as the fundamental purpose.It is an important way to promote standardization,equalization,and convenience.As a representative landmark of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,the Inner Mongolia Museum carries the memory of the nation and the inheritance of ethnic minority cultures.The rich grassland culture,the first mobile digital museum,digital exhibition halls and other services are important tools for the public to realize cultural rights.This paper will promote the museum’s digital culture construction,encouraging the museum to continuously improve its own digital development,and further providing the public with more rational and equal public digital cultural services.At the same time,it can also enrich relevant digital research cases of museums,and provide experience and reference for the optimization of public digital cultural services of museums in other provinces and cities.This article takes the Inner Mongolia Museum as the research object,first to introduce the relevant connotations of public digital cultural services and museum public digital cultural services.Secondly,under the guidance of the new public service theory,it specifically analyzes the application of the theory in museums.Then through the literature Research,field surveys,interviews,questionnaire surveys,etc.,this paper systematically explains the basic situation of the Inner Mongolia Museum and the status quo of the construction of public digital cultural services with a combination of online and offline methods.At the same time,SPSS24.0 data analysis software is used to study the public’s evaluation of the public digital cultural service status of Inner Mongolia Museum,mainly to find out the public’s situation of the public digital resources,public digital cultural service content and guarantee mechanism of Inner Mongolia Museum.In addition,this paper,through comprehensive data sorting,random interviewing,statistical data analyzing,and the actual situation of the Inner Mongolia Museum researching,explores the museum’s problems in the four levels,such as resource allocation,audience demand,citizen participation,and guarantee mechanism.The main problems are the imperfect allocation of digital resources,the insufficient supply of digital service content,the absence of social forces in the digital service link,and the urgent need to update the digital service development mechanism.Finally,combining the profound cultural background of the Inner Mongolia Museum and the theoretical framework of the new public service theory,this article,on the bases of four aspects:resource allocation,audience demand,citizen participation,and guarantee mechanism,proposes several the optimizing strategies for public digital cultural services of the Inner Mongolia Museum,from strengthening service functions,realizing public interests,to encouraging social participation,attaching importance to the main responsibility.Through the self-construction and management of the Inner Mongolia Museum,the main responsibility of the museum is fully utilized,and service functions are strengthened,even social forces are encouraged and guided to participate,so that the public digital cultural service of the museum can cover a wider range of people,and further improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the service,as well as promote common Building and sharing to achieve innovative development. |
