Research On The Bussiness Mode Innovation Driven By Technological Innovation Of A Company

Under the guidance of the national high-quality development strategy,it is particularly important for high-tech enterprises to stick to the path of innovation-driven development.As an important part of innovation,technological innovation and bussiness mode innovation play an important role in the survival and development of enterprises.For a long time,technological innovation has been highly valued by Chinese enterprises,but now,the emergence of the Internet has changed the basic business competition environment and economic rules.bussiness mode innovation has become more and more important.It is promoted and formed by a good foundation of technological innovation.The bussiness mode will greatly promote the development of enterprises,industries and the entire social economy.Among them,listed companies are the main force of economic development,and how to effectively drive bussiness mode innovation with technological innovation within them is an important issue for business managers to urgently solve.Starting from the theoretical and practical significance,this article selects a listed company in the information technology field,which is of great significance to its survival and development,in terms of technological innovation and bussiness mode innovation,as the research object;first collect and organize its 2010-2019 annual report published on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Data,select appropriate indicators,start from the three aspects of the strategic positioning dimension,business system dimension and marketing dimension of the bussiness mode innovation,and point out the current status and potential problems of bussiness mode innovation;secondly,further use questionnaire surveys from each Dimension investigates its bussiness mode and technological innovation;finally,based on the questionnaire survey data,using the multiple regression model of SPSS software to conduct an empirical analysis of the driving situation of technological innovation on bussiness mode innovation.The research found that although there are some shortcomings in the expansion of main business and the introduction of sales talents,on the whole,A company has achieved certain results in business strategic positioning,business system and marketing environment.The empirical analysis results show that the improvement of various dimensions of technological innovation has a significant role in promoting the overall level of bussiness mode innovation.In terms of the impact of various dimensions of technological innovation on all dimensions of bussiness mode innovation,technological innovation investment has a significant positive impact on optimizing the bussiness mode and business system;increasing technological innovation investment and improving technological innovation conditions can actively promote the business marketing environment;technological innovation results can all play a certain role in promoting the improvement of the three subdivision dimensions of bussiness mode innovation.Finally,based on the research results,this paper proposes to strengthen the output of technological innovation results,improve the application level of technological innovation results;improve system construction,comprehensively improve the environment for technological innovation and bussiness mode innovation;vigorously expand the main business and enrich profit channels;improve market forecasts level,strengthen the sensitivity of business strategy adjustment and other suggestions.
