Allocation Of Literature Resources In University Libraries For First-class Discipline Construction

As one of the core points of resource allocation in colleges and universities,university libraries will have an important influence on their discipline construction,self-construction and development.The resource allocation of university libraries plays a direct role in the influence of libraries.In this paper,the development needs of the first-class discipline construction are studied and analyzed,and the literature resources of university library are reasonably analyzed for the first-class discipline,which provides theoretical basis and decision support for the content and strategy of library resource allocation.This paper contains six chapters:the first chapter elaborates the research background and significance,content and methods,and the research situation of literature resource allocation related to the core disciplines of various countries;the second chapter gives a theoretical explanation of the research theory,resource allocation theory,literature resource allocation theory and bibliometrics theory;the third part clearly analyzes the requirements of literature resource construction from the perspective of discipline construction,and carries on quantitative analysis with the data obtained from questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of library literature resource construction for first-class disciplines,and comprehensively understands the construction needs of first-class disciplines.The fourth part,under the background of first-class discipline construction,puts forward the principle of library document resource allocation to explore the way and content of document resource allocation for first-class discipline,and how to allocate document resources reasonably in university library.The sixth part mainly summarizes the research results of the full text,and puts forward the prospect for the next research.This paper comprehensively uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the statistical analysis method to carry on the research,mainly obtains the following results:(1)synthetically uses the literature analysis method and the questionnaire survey method,carries on the analysis to the first-class discipline literature demand,enriches the research result in this field.(2)This paper studies the allocation of literature resources in university libraries from the perspective of discipline development and construction,and provides a new research idea for the utilization of library resources in colleges and universities.(3)In combination with the research in this paper,the demand of literature resources based on the first-class disciplines puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in the library literature resources,which has a certain guiding role in the construction and allocation of literature resources in similar colleges and universities.
