Research On Archival Exhibition In Chengdu From The Perspective Of Urban Memory

Since the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17 th CPC Central Committee proposed to build a socialist cultural power,cultural construction has always been one of the work centers of the party and the country.The new "Archives Law" promulgated in2021 requires that the openness of archives should be increased,and the cultural propaganda and education function of archives should be fully utilized by carrying out special exhibitions.Holding archival exhibition can make the public have a deeper understanding of China’s history and culture,enhance national pride and cohesion,and promote the development and utilization of archives resources and the promotion of social archives awareness.In order to explore the current situation and achievements of archival exhibition from the perspective of urban memory,this paper takes Chengdu as an example,selects Sichuan Provincial Archives,Chengdu archives,Chengdu urban construction archives and other major archives departments in the main urban area of Chengdu and other relevant units holding urban memory theme exhibition as the research objects,and carries out the investigation and research of Chengdu archives exhibition.This article mainly through the literature research method,field survey method,statistical analysis method to the urban memory perspective have investigated the current situation of the development of the archives of Chengdu exhibition,exhibition data for archives from exhibition form,exhibition organize exhibitions,exhibition theme features are analyzed,and the archives of Chengdu exhibition held on different main body and the urban memory most relevant archives exhibition made a case study,mainly including the archives of Chengdu "story archive scene"exhibition in Chengdu,sichuan province archives "sichuan people,things,things historical archives" exhibition,the urban construction archives of chengdu,chengdu city,memory photo exhibition "three exhibition.Finally,this paper summarizes the problems found in the field research and theoretical analysis of archival exhibition in Chengdu.,and further analyzes the reasons behind these problems.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes,this paper combines the relationship between archives exhibition and urban memory,and the existing objective basis of archival exhibition in Chengdu archives department,and puts forward the targeted development countermeasures to extend urban memory by archival exhibition in Chengdu.
