With the rapid development of computer network information technology and modern manufacturing technology,mass customization has become the mainstream mode of manufacturing in the future.However,due to the randomness of custom-made products,the structural composition of products has produced a variety of different styles,which will inevitably increase the difficulty of the factory’s processing of products,resulting in low production efficiency,long delivery cycles,and poor product quality.It is difficult to obtain guarantees.These all require enterprises to make constant adjustments and reflections,which will inevitably bring certain technical challenges to enterprises.Therefore,factory customization enterprises need to continuously integrate information technology and manufacturing technology to make the manufacturing process gradually move towards digitization and informatization.The supervision of production data and information has become an inevitable requirement for the development of the manufacturing industry.Therefore,the establishment of large-scale personalized customized production The full-process data visual supervision system is very important.This kind of supervision system needs to aim at interconnection,interoperability,and interoperability for the complexity and diversity brought about by mass customization production,and realize the automatic and multi-directional flow of data in all stages of the whole manufacturing process of the product life cycle.Facing product full-cycle data,it supports full-cycle and full-process supervision in networked manufacturing;realizes data-driven real-time,efficient,and intelligent visual analysis,health management,intelligent operation and maintenance,and precise control.Specifically,in the visual supervision system,data such as production data,equipment data,and quality data are all targets of visual supervision.A data space model based on the product life cycle is established around the above data to realize visual supervision of the entire manufacturing chain.In view of the above background design,this paper proposes a full-process visual supervision system for mass customization production mode.Based on the idea of a data center,it constructs a full-process visual supervision around personalized order business,extracts target data with personalized order business as the main line,and establishes a personalized order business.Order data service and visual management and control service,build a visual supervision application on the basis of the service,for real-time extraction of manufacturing process data,process data visualization and business-oriented visual analysis,through the whole process tracking method of individual orders,Meet the needs of users to participate in the customization process and process control needs.In addition,through the data monitoring of large-scale personalized customized production business processes,the personalized recommendation platform,enterprise resource planning platform,product design management system,intelligent warehousing system,computer-aided system,logistics system,control system,production equipment,quality Detection system and production execution system,so as to truly realize the automatic and multi-directional flow of data in the whole life cycle,which greatly improves the production management efficiency and quality control of manufacturers,and also greatly satisfies customers’ individuality of products.To meet the needs of the industry,make the manufacturing process more transparent to users.The main work of this thesis includes the following aspects:Firstly,a series of functions and non-functional requirements of the mass customization visual supervision system are described in detail according to the production and customization business requirements of manufacturers and customization customers.Secondly,according to the actual business requirements and system usage scenarios of full-process customized production,it is determined that the system should be divided into different functions according to roles.There are mainly three types of roles:manufacturer,customized customer and system super administrator.These three different roles are:Separate function menus and data permissions.The main functions of the administrator role include managing the basic information,permissions and roles of all users of the system.Manufacturers are mainly responsible for order management,production scheduling,network device data collection,network device binding,network device data visualization monitoring,equipment alarm reminders,and production data analysis.Customized customers are mainly responsible for three modules:order management,product real-time data monitoring,and after-sales evaluation.Then,the overall architecture diagram of the visual supervision system is designed,and the network architecture design and logical architecture design of the system are determined according to the overall architecture,the key technologies involved in the development are selected,and the functions of the system are divided for three types of roles.Architecture.Finally,the business logic and key technologies of the main function modules of the system are elaborated,and the entities and relationships involved in the system are also carefully analyzed,and the detailed design of each data table in the database is determined.After the overall function development of the system is completed,detailed functional tests are carried out for three different roles,providing users with an interactive and easy-to-use supervision system.
