| In recent years,with the central government setting the tone for the transformation and upgrading of domestic economic development,economically developed provinces across the country have promoted industrial development and regional cooperation to an unprecedented strategic position in their respective economic development plans,in order to get the first hand in the extensive and comprehensive industrial competition.In order to invigorate economic development,optimize industrial structure and enhance the overall economic strength of the local area,attracting investment has always been the top priority of the government’s work.In order to do a good job in attracting investment,the staff have been constantly improving the methods of attracting investment,and strive to broaden the channels of attracting investment,so as to improve the effect of signing and implementing investment projects.Thesis selects a big data industry Experimental Zone in Henan Province as a representative,starting from the current situation and existing practical problems of the investment promotion management of the park for the big data industry,fully investigates and analyzes the difficulties and problems encountered by the investment promotion department in the process of investment promotion,and puts forward practical solutions in order to improve the work efficiency of the investment promotion department.The main work of thesis is to design and realize the industrial investment invitation information system based on the objectives of regional industrial development planning.Using commercial enterprise data information,mathematical algorithm model and other methods to realize the whole process management of investment before,during and after investment.Firstly,before investment promotion,establish an investment promotion target database in line with the development plan of the region’s leading industries,provide a list of potential investment promotion target enterprises in line with the industrial development plan,and conduct lightweight risk assessment and recommendation ranking for the target enterprises,so as to facilitate the investment promotion staff to accurately obtain the information of the investment promotion target.Secondly,carry out the whole process scheduling management of investment projects in investment promotion,record the progress of investment projects in detail,and establish enterprise archives.In addition,it also provides intelligent landing location services based on building BIM data to improve the landing efficiency of enterprises.Finally,after attracting investment,track and monitor the operation of landing enterprises,master the operation of enterprises in detail,and provide auxiliary basis for policy implementation.The creation of these functions can provide convenient investment promotion auxiliary tools for the staff responsible for investment promotion,so as to improve the efficiency and level of regional investment promotion.The innovation of thesis:first,relying on the enterprise commercial information data source,build a primary selection selection two-level screening mode to form an accurate investment promotion target database.Build a corporate portrait based on the characteristics of the target enterprise and accurately describe the details of the investment promotion target enterprise,so as to provide more accurate recommendations for the Investment Promotion Department of the park to find suitable investment promotion target enterprises.In the working mode,the original passive waiting for customers to come to the door will be changed into active data business search,so as to improve the investment attraction efficiency of the park.The second is to use data analysis to transform the original perceptual judgment of investment promotion staff on investment promotion target enterprises into rational analysis with the help of data.Through the lightweight risk assessment of investment promotion target enterprises,the risk of investment promotion work is effectively reduced. |
