The issue of people’s livelihood has always been a fundamental issue that the party and the country attach great importance to.Entering the era of integrated media,people’s livelihood service programs have also returned to the audience as a result of the development of new media technologies and the awakening of audiences’self-awareness.However,at this stage,the audience’s participation in communication is still in its infancy,and traditional livelihood service programs are also facing many challenges.Dilemma.Under this circumstance,more and more livelihood news on television have begun to strengthen the concept of "constructive news",emphasizing the expression of public opinions,participating in decision-making,and actively seeking solutions to problems.However,the explanations about the connotation and characteristics of constructive news all involve news producers,that is,the role and role of the media and reporters in news production,but do not involve news users,that is,how news audiences accept news and are affected by it.In fact,the exploration of constructive news not only needs to understand and examine the characteristics and reporting practices of constructive news,but also from the perspective of the audience,pay attention to its use and satisfaction,and explore the process of constructive news and how it works.mechanism.This article focuses on the "constructive" development of people’s livelihood programs in the context of media integration and their audience experience,use and satisfaction.Based on the perspective of constructive news,the Shandong Radio and Television Station "88881234" program is selected as an example to analyze its operational elements from six aspects:explanatory reporting,collaborative creation,future orientation,tolerance and diversity,solutions,and empowering the people.The practice of constructive news;at the same time,based on the previous investigation and research on the localization of constructive news in China,empirical research is carried out through questionnaire surveys,starting from the audience’s experience and perspective,paying attention to the audience’s contact process and motivation for using the program To meet the needs,discuss the dissemination effect of constructive news.The study found that the higher the audience’s perception of constructive news about people’s livelihood programs,that is,the more prominent the audience’s perception of the constructive news practice of people’s livelihood programs,and the higher their satisfaction with the programs in the process of using them.This empirical result based on the localization of TV programs on people’s livelihoods is basically consistent with the previous research findings,that is,constructive news may contribute to the increase of audience participation and action.However,it needs to be pointed out that whether constructive news will stimulate and directly influence social actions is a long process of investigation.The contact behavior and participation behavior of constructive news audiences need to be measured indirectly,and short-term data perspectives are also difficult to show comprehensive and sufficient influence.The relationship between follow-up constructive news and audience behavior still needs to be further investigated.
