With the rapid development of construction industry in our country,rock wool insulation board of the growing demand,but in the process of its production pallet,mainly is given priority to with artificial pallet,pallet production efficiency slow,poor working conditions,low production safety,to solve the practical engineering problems,the paper designed can replace artificial,rock wool automatic palletizing robot palletizing,This paper is mainly studied from the following aspects:(1)Analyze the production status and existing problems of rock wool bale palletizing,formulate the production process requirements and design principles of rock wool automatic palletizing robot,determine the overall design scheme and overall layout of the mechanical part of the palletizing robot,and determine the network structure and main control equipment of the palletizing robot.(2)The mechanical part of the design is refined,according to the design requirements and selection principles,complete the palletizing robot weighing and counting module,turnover module,feeding module,palletizing manipulator and blanking module and other module equipment mechanical structure design and three-dimensional model building,Calculation and selection of servo motor,gear,drum motor,cylinder,reversing valve,reducer and other key parts,and simulation analysis of some important parts,complete the mechanical part design.(3)For thinning control part,according to the control requirements of rock wool automatic palletizing process required,refinement determine the module control scheme of automatic palletizing robot,complete control,PLC control system,write the CPU,I/O extension equipment,power supply,inverter,industrial switches and other computing hardware selection,finally complete the man-machine interface control system design.(4)Simple kingview software are introduced,and the project creation process,complete rock wool PC monitoring system of automatic palletizing robot was designed and carried on the simulation to PC monitoring system of a picture,finally complete the rock wool palletizing robot control system simulation and the real debugging,the experiment results show that the control system and PC monitoring system meet the design requirements.Rock wool palletizing robot design,this paper theoretically palletizing efficiency can be increased by 40%,improve the working environment of workers,strengthen the production safety,at the same time change of palletizing robot has a strong compatibility,can be applied three kinds of common rock specifications mian mian pallet package,the operation is simple,just press the button,different control can achieve different specifications of cotton bag stacking,There is no need to add or subtract other mechanical devices,and the layout is reasonable,the footprint is small,can maximize the use of plant space,the use of human-computer interaction interface also makes the debugging and operation of equipment more convenient,the upper computer monitoring software can achieve remote operation and online monitoring,to meet the requirements of equipment operability and production safety.
