| With the rapid development of information technology,the production mode of manufacturing industry is undergoing profound changes,and digital intelligent manufacturing has become the main development direction.Based on the theoretical basis of digital twinning and robot communication technology,this paper designs a set of intelligent production line robot assembly system in order to solve the shortcomings of traditional manufacturing production line,such as not timely information feedback,high labor intensity and low processing and manufacturing efficiency.It mainly carries out the analysis of virtual and real control method of digital twinning technology,the construction of three-dimensional virtual model of Demo3D,the design of idler wheel assembly line and communication system,and the twinning realization of idler wheel assembly line.Based on the research status of digital twins at home and abroad,combined with physical information fusion technology and theory,the virtual-real mutual control method related to this topic is studied and summarized,and the mapping mechanism of the twin system is formulated.The information communication technology used in the system is determined by combining the theory and technology of information physics with the cooperation between hardware and software,and PROFINET communication protocol is selected.According to the specific size of the hardware equipment of the physical scene and the position of the equipment,the virtual scene model corresponding to the physical scene is constructed by using Demo3D.Design the communication system of production line,select S7-1200 series PLC as the main controller of the system;the control logic PLC program of the system is written by using botu programming simulation software combined with logic relation operation rules.Finally,combined with the hardware and software of each system,the assembly experiment of the idler wheel is realized,and the virtual system model accurately and quickly reflects the processing of the physical scene.Based on the research background of robot idler assembly,this paper analyzes and summarizes the theory and application of digital twin technology in factory scenes.With the help of three-dimensional simulation technology and network communication technology,the system construction of virtual model and physical model is completed,and the control experiment of idler assembly twin of physical system and virtual system is completed.Finally,the virtual and real comparative analysis of digital twin experiments of idler assembly is carried out,and the feasibility of digital twin system is verified,in order to provide certain reference and reference for the application research of digital twin. |
