The acquisition scene of image information is complex,which directly restricts and affects the acquisition of image information and the quality of image data.In common scenarios such as strong and weak light environment,uneven illumination environment or light source color temperature change scenarios,the images collected by the imaging system will have problems such as decreased sharpness,uneven gray distribution,and color distortion,which seriously affect image recognition and content understanding,which often leads to difficulties in image segmentation,target detection and recognition in image post-processing.Therefore,studying the quality degradation mechanism of image acquisition in complex scenes and constructing image enhancement methods to improve degraded images have important theoretical value and engineering application prospects for the industrialized and innovative application of images.The complex scene studied in this paper refers to the imaging environment in which multiple key scene elements that affect the imaging quality change simultaneously.Based on the systematic analysis of the image quality degradation mechanism of complex scenes,this paper innovatively proposes an image enhancement mechanism and image quality improvement method adapted to complex scenes for key elements such as illumination intensity,illumination uniformity,and light source color temperature that cause image quality degradation in complex scene imaging.Improvement methods,the main research work is as follows:(1)The degradation mechanism of imaging quality was discovered by comprehensively deconstructing the principles of imaging quality and key scene variables in complex scenes,and a simulation model of imaging quality in complex scenes was designed and constructed.(2)According to the image quality degradation mechanism and characteristics of complex scenes,an image enhancement method and its realization algorithm suitable for complex scenes are designed and optimized,a decision function is introduced in the enhancement of low-light image sharpness,and an MSRCR algorithm with improved Gaussian filter is designed.(3)In response to the problem of non-uniform illumination,an innovative image dodging algorithm based on an adaptive fitting template is proposed,the brightness uniformity analysis and brightness compensation are realized by using the brightness block resampling and weighted fitting algorithm,which significantly improves the problem of uneven distribution of image brightness and grayscale.(4)Aiming at the problem of color distortion in complex scenes,a color correction algorithm based on Lab space is proposed,and the method of correcting the center of color space by color components is improved to achieve visual color consistency.The complex scene image enhancement method established in this paper,based on the scientific prediction of the image quality degradation mechanism of the complex scene,accurately finds the optimal imaging conditions of the complex scene and eliminates the influence of low illumination,uneven illumination and color temperature changes on the image quality,so as to improve image clarity and contrast,and optimizes color correction accuracy.The experimental development results obtained a good visual effect of improving complex scene images,and provided new methods,new technologies and new paths for future complex scene image enhancement.
