Research On Software Project Development Process Management Of X Company Based On Configuration Audit

The rapid development of software industry benefits from the rapid upgrading of information technology.Accordingly,more and more attention has been paid to the research of software project management and development process management all over the world.After years of development,domestic enterprises involved in software projects have gradually realized that the development model of emphasizing technology over management is problematic,and the research on development process management has also emerged widely.The current popular reference models CMMI system and PDCA cycle model also provide a good management reference model for domestic enterprises.Enterprises can adjust according to their actual situation,and strengthen the management of the development process.Since its establishment,the business of X company has been expanding.Under the general trend of the information age,the information system supporting the business has also been growing.While continuously improving the technology R&D capability,the software development team found a series of problems in the existing development management mode.Referring to CMMI management system,the company has established project management department and configuration management department.Configuration management department and organization level configuration management engineer play a very important role in software development process manager.At the same time,the company’s internal configuration audit activities have also become an important practice in supervising and verifying the software development process.After several years of exploration,the process management of each development team of X company has been improved to some extent.In order to further improve the management level,this paper makes a quantitative analysis on the results of X company’s configuration audit,and puts forward an improvement scheme,hoping to help the company better improve its development process management ability.At the same time,it can also give some reference to the software development teams of some other companies.It can also provide a new idea for the theoretical research of software development process management.
