| Production practice has proved that high-quality and efficient enterprise production is inseparable from the support of production logistics system.In recent years,with the continuous updating and iteration of various technologies,the competition among processing and manufacturing enterprises has become increasingly strong.In order to improve their competitiveness,some enterprises are accelerating the improvement of their production logistics system.Workshop material distribution is an important part of production logistics system,but it is often difficult to plan its distribution path effectively due to the complex obstacle environment in the workshop.If effective technical means can be adopted to reasonably plan the distribution path within the workshop,it will also make a great contribution to exploring the potential of production logistics system and improving production efficiency.Based on this,I take the workshop material distribution path planning based on improved A * algorithm as the research object.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the research background of this paper is introduced,and the relevant research results in the field of material distribution path planning at home and abroad are summarized;Summarize the relevant theories involved in the research;This paper summarizes the existing problems of workshop material distribution,analyzes the problem types and constituent elements of workshop material distribution path planning,and establishes the problem model of material distribution path planning.Secondly,the grid method is used to discretize the workshop environment to complete the simulation of the distribution environment under the restriction of obstacles.This paper analyzes the performance and search principle of A * algorithm,introduces genetic algorithm to transform the traditional A * algorithm,and designs a new improved A *algorithm.The improved algorithm has efficient and stable global search ability,and can effectively complete the path search planning in the complex distribution environment of the workshop.Finally,taking the material distribution planning of a workshop of company B as an example,combined with the improved A * algorithm,the material distribution path planning problem of workshop B is solved to verify the performance of the improved A *algorithm.The application of the example shows that the improved A * algorithm using genetic algorithm can effectively complete the workshop material distribution path planning in the obstacle environment,improve the workshop material distribution efficiency,and make the research on the workshop material distribution path planning based on the improved A * algorithm have practical significance.The example of workshop material distribution path planning of company B adopted in this paper is representative.The improved A * algorithm can also be applied to the material distribution path planning of other workshops.I hope this paper provides a new solution for the improvement of production logistics system and a new method reference for the subsequent improvement of workshop material distribution path planning. |
