Research On Information Security Risk Assessment Of Public Security Organs

With the development of the Golden Shield Project and the advancement of smart policing,the informatization construction of public security organs has developed rapidly,information technology has become increasingly mature,public security work has become more and more dependent on information systems,and the importance of information security has increased day by day.The information system of public security organs collects massive amounts of information involving state secrets and citizens’ privacy.Once an information security problem occurs,it will not only affect the normal development of public security business,but even damage national security and the vital interests of the people.Therefore,it is of great significance to accurately identify the information security risk factors of public security organs,build a scientific and effective information security risk assessment model,and take appropriate risk prevention measures to improve the information security index of public security organs and ensure the safe operation of information systems of public security organs.This paper takes the information security of public security organs as the research object,based on the research and study of domestic and foreign information security risk assessment and risk management related theories and literature;using the literature research method and case analysis method,through the research on the related academic research in the field of information security of public security organs Journals,professional papers and other literature materials are collected and analyzed,and cases involving information security of public security organs are collected and analyzed,and the information security risk indicators of public security organs are extracted.After screening,an information security risk assessment index system for public security organs including 5 first-level indicators and 26 second-level indicators was constructed;then the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method were used to combine the indicators,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate the risk.Finally,the public security organ in D county is selected to conduct empirical research to verify the feasibility and applicability of the model,and according to the risk assessment results,the information security problems existing in the public security organ in D county are analyzed,put forward targeted risk prevention measures from four aspects:accelerating the construction of professional talent team,optimizing personnel management system and mechanism,strengthening the management of outsourcing cooperation institutions,and improving information security protection capabilities.Due to the lack of domestic research literature on the field of information security risk assessment of public security organs,the risk assessment index system and risk assessment model constructed in this paper provide certain ideas and references for the information security risk assessment of public security organs in my country.Leveling up also helps.
