A Software Development Project Cost Control Problem Analysis And Optimization Scheme Research

Cost control is one of the three major control objectives of project management,and it is the key factor that determines the success or failure of the project.In practice,the phenomenon of software development project cost out of control is common.Although the development of cost control theory is relatively mature,most software companies have not yet explored a set of practical control methods.This paper studies the cost management of X company’s software development project from the perspective of project management.First,it analyzes some common classical cost estimation and control methods,such as earned value theory.Secondly,according to the basic situation of A software development project and the status quo of cost management,it systematically analyzes the cost structure,cost deviation factors and control measures of the project.Then,based on the COCOMO model,using the earned value method,the software development project A is quantitatively analyzed to confirm whether the project is in the state of cost break-even,and based on this,the project cost control problem is analyzed.In view of the problems,this paper designs the process of applying COCOMO model to software development projects,such as cost estimation and cost budgeting,and finally puts forward some application suggestions,such as improving the fineness of project cost estimation,establishing a scientific cost control system and ensuring cost control process.To strengthen the cost control of A software development projects and improve economic benefits.The focus of this dissertation is the application of cost control in A software development projects.In the beginning of the article,a brief description is given of the important position and far-reaching influence of my country’s software industry in the social economy,and then it is explained that each software enterprise in the current market economy Taking cost control as the main management method and means to meet the needs of enterprise development and competition.The paper analyzes the specific problems existing in the cost management of the software development project of X software company A,and puts forward improvement plans and suggestions,which will play a certain reference role in the cost management of other software companies.
