| With the rapid development of market economy,digital technology has been widely used.Blockchain,big data,cloud computing and other technologies have become important ways for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to carry out digital transformation in organizational forms,business models and other directions.Due to the digital transition is a long and gradual process,need to invest a lot of capital investment and technical support,and for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,its all kinds of resource is scarce,which requires the enterprise according to their digital transition stage,make the necessary preparations,targeted to transform and improve the corresponding ability.The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the factors that influence the digital transformation ability of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,and put forward countermeasures to accelerate the digital transformation of enterprises according to the factors.First of all,the research status at home and abroad is sorted out,and it is found that dynamic capabilities of enterprises may affect the digital transformation capabilities of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,the dynamic capability of the enterprise,disruptive innovation,learning organization theory,to explore and analyze the influence factors of concrete index was determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and can be divided into digital strategy and organization,digitalization of foundation,data processing,digitalization of production process,digitalization of operation and management from five aspects.Thirdly,the structural equation model is introduced,and the theoretical model of influencing factors of digital transformation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is constructed,and the research hypothesis is proposed.Finally,the factors influencing the digital transformation capability of smes are determined by using the data collected from the questionnaire and structural equation model to test the hypothesis after data analysis.The results show that all the five levels can positively influence the digital transformation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,which are data processing,digital strategy and organization,digitalization of production process,digitalization of foundation,digitalization of operation and management.Based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward strategic suggestions to accelerate the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises from the aspects of enterprises themselves and government support,so as to help enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency. |
