Since the early 1990 s,Chinese enterprises have successively introduced the development strategy of equity incentive.In the 21 st century,they gradually realize that human capital,especially core talents,is the key element for enterprises to stand in the invincible forest in the market.Seeking high-quality human capital is the beginning of the healthy development of enterprises,and retaining core talents is the stabilizer for the sustainable development of enterprises.Equity incentive has gradually become a more commonly used employee incentive method in modern enterprises.By granting shares to core talents of enterprises,it constitutes the interest community relationship between the granted object and the enterprise,and provides guarantee for the enterprise to harvest the expected human capital.After the implementation of equity incentive in many units,it has gradually proved that such incentive activities are also one of the most effective ways to solve the principal-agent problem and information asymmetry problem on the basis of reaching the satisfaction of both employees and enterprises as much as possible.Based on the relevant academic achievements at home and abroad,this paper continues the core theory of equity incentive,and takes Beijing Huayu Software Co.,Ltd.as the research object by combining the methods of literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis.First of all,fully understand the current development of the company and explore the motivation of equity incentive;Secondly,it comprehensively analyzes the four phase equity incentive scheme,and analyzes the specific incentive elements on this basis:timely adjustment of incentive mode,vertical distribution of incentive objects and double-layer exercise conditions.Thirdly,combined with the specific situation of the four incentive activities,the financial performance level of the company is analyzed horizontally by using the financial index method and comparing the average value of enterprises and industries;Calculate EVA value from 2012 to 2020 for longitudinal analysis.In terms of non-financial performance,the retention degree,education level,agency cost,innovation output and input of the company from 2012 to 2020 are selected for analysis;To comprehensively evaluate the impact of equity incentive on Performance: that is,the positive effect mainly includes: the close combination of assessment indicators and business performance to promote the significant improvement of profitability;Continuous rolling long-term incentive mechanism to reduce agency costs and alleviate principal-agent contradictions;It tends to encourage core technical talents,increase R & D output and empower core competitiveness.Finally,according to the problems existing in the incentive scheme: the setting of exercise conditions is too low,the incentive time limit is short,and the incentive mode is fixed and single,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the equity incentive performance of Huayu software.
