Health Management Service Design Based On Digital Twin

With the development of China’s aging population,the elderly people’s demand for a healthy life is increasing,and they need to provide all-round services such as convenient services,intelligent medical treatment and health management.In view of the health management problems brought by China’s aging society,this thesis takes the health service demand of the elderly as the guidance,takes the community elderly health management as an example,applies the relevant theory of service design,uses the digital twin technology for comprehensive research,and constructs a new service mode of geriatric disease health management based on digital twin.Describes the main content,management process and development status of geriatric health management in China,discusses the basic concept,core principles,basic process and main tools of service design,analyzes the application of digital twin technology in the field of medical and health,and discusses the general theory of health management service design based on digital twin from the perspective of integration and innovation of technology and service.Analyzes the service function,current situation and problems of community health management,and adopts the methods of questionnaire and interview to understand the needs of the elderly for community health management.Using Maslow’s demand theory and combined with the medical,nursing and other service contents of elderly health management,a questionnaire was designed to understand the physiological needs,safety needs,social needs,respect needs and self realization needs of the elderly,and a questionnaire survey was conducted among the elderly,family members,community doctors,nursing workers and community managers.The survey shows that the elderly have urgent needs for medication guidance,disease knowledge,complication prevention,daily diet planning,rest education guidance,family companionship and disease diet planning.The service demand for community health management is mainly concentrated in four aspects: medical care,life support for the elderly,emotional value and spiritual culture.Starting from the demand orientation and problem orientation,aiming at various groups such as health,mild,high-risk and severe,this thesis puts forward the design method of taking the needs of elderly patients as the orientation,providing personalized and professional services,widely applying new technologies and methods,and embodying hierarchical diagnosis and treatment services.At the same time,the organizational framework,security system and service system of community health management are discussed,and the implementation path of community geriatric health management is analyzed.This paper discusses the new mode of health management service based on digital twin,analyzes the service framework of community health management under this mode,and puts forward innovative services such as health monitoring,health assessment,cloud consultation,one click first aid and telemedicine for the elderly by using digital technology.The service product design of community health management is studied,and the relevant functional modules and application interfaces are designed,such as the APP of service recipient and service provider,as well as the APP of client and server.
