| With the popularization and development of big data applications and mobile internet technology,the concepts of "micro" such as Weibo,We Chat and micro-movies are constantly refreshing and changing people’s lives,and society has gradually entered the "micro-information era".At the same time,the accelerated pace of life forces users to want to be freed from the boundless sea of information,and users begin to pay more attention to problem solutions or knowledge units that meet their ultimate needs.The combined effect of the knowledge economy and the micro-information environment makes the micro-knowledge service emerge as the times require.With the popularization of micro-media,micro-knowledge services have developed rapidly in university libraries.However,there are still many problems in the micro-knowledge service of university libraries,such as incomplete platform functions,single service content,failure to consider user service needs,and imperfect service systems.Therefore,it is very necessary to deeply explore and study the micro-knowledge service of university library.This paper studies the micro-knowledge service of university libraries in my country from the perspective of combining the current situation analysis and user needs.To build a microknowledge service system of university library based on the reader.The main research contents are:(1)Research on theories related to micro-knowledge services.Define the connotation of micro-knowledge from the aspects of content,form,platform,environment,etc.;analyze and expound the basic issues such as the connotation,characteristics and constituent elements of micro-knowledge service.(2)Research on the current practice of micro-knowledge service in university libraries.Investigate and compare the current situation of micro-knowledge service development of various university libraries in terms of service platform,service content,service mode and service function through network survey method;through literature research and questionnaire survey,user satisfaction of the quality of micro-knowledge service in university libraries analyze.According to the survey results,the deficiencies in the development of micro-knowledge services are summarized.(3)Investigation and research on user needs of micro-knowledge services in university libraries.Through the interview method and grounded theory,the micro-knowledge needs of university library users are analyzed,and a micro-knowledge classification system based on user needs is constructed.Investigate the needs and preferences of university library users of different ages,majors,educational backgrounds,and identities for micro-knowledge services by means of a questionnaire survey,and analyze users’ usage purposes,content types,product forms,service platforms,service functions,etc.demand situation.(4)Construction of micro-knowledge service system in university library.According to the actual situation of practice,taking the needs of university library users as the guide,combined with the characteristics of traditional knowledge services and micro-services,it is determined to analyze the construction elements of micro-knowledge service system from three aspects: organizational structure,micro-knowledge resource system and micro-knowledge service platform construction.Finally,a micro-knowledge service framework for university libraries is proposed including five levels: target layer,support layer,service layer,application layer and evaluation layer,and discusses the operation rules of the system and the workflow of micro-knowledge service construction in university libraries.(5)An empirical study on the construction of We Chat mini-program virtual reference consultation platform.Based on the results of previous questionnaires and interviews,users’ preferences for platforms,content,and modes are summarized.Based on the micro-knowledge service system constructed in this paper,we try to develop a virtual reference consulting platform based on We Chat applet to provide micro-knowledge consulting services.The development and application process of the applet includes four aspects: demand analysis,system design,platform implementation and service countermeasures.This paper combines theory and practice,and on the basis of the current situation of microknowledge service,takes user needs as the guide,analyzes the platform,content,mode and organizational structure of micro-knowledge service,and finally builds a comprehensive and complete micro-knowledge service.The system provides a certain reference and reference for the related research work of micro-knowledge service in the future. |
