| The attitude sensor acceptance technology is to maintain the working accuracy within the specified range through the error compensation test and the accuracy inspection.As an important part of improving and measuring the accuracy of attitude sensor,acceptance system has become an important development field of attitude sensor related technology.Due to the low level of automation of the acceptance equipment currently in use,the human-led acceptance method cannot meet the acceptance requirements of attitude sensors.In order to improve the acceptance efficiency,this paper studies and designs a set of attitude sensor automatic acceptance system.The main research contents are as follows:1.According to the system functions and technical indicators,this paper proposes the design scheme of the attitude sensor automatic acceptance system.The mechanical structure of the right-angle push rod system is designed,and KEA128 chip is used to complete the design of the main controller and the hardware circuit design of each functional module,and the key technologies are discussed in detail.By designing the overall architecture of the system software,the software design and implementation of the system host computer,main controller and other modules are completed respectively.2.During the measurement process of the attitude sensor,there are problems such as bad data interference and missing high temperature data.Research related preprocessing algorithms such as isolated forest,identify and repair bad data of attitude sensor;research gray prediction model,solve the problem of missing high temperature data of attitude sensor.3.Attitude sensor error compensation problem,the error compensation is carried out by studying the least squares support vector machine algorithm of parameter optimization.Experiments show that the attitude sensor error compensation method based on bad data identification can significantly improve the accuracy and acceptance efficiency of attitude sensors.4.According to the cooperative control requirements of the attitude sensor automatic acceptance system,the cooperative control strategy based on the finite state machine is studied,and the coordinated operation control among the modules of the system is realized.Aiming at the control problem of the automatic control module based on the attitude sensor,the variable structure variable parameter control algorithm is studied,different control partitions are set according to the system error,and the motor acceleration and deceleration algorithm is studied to optimize the performance of the automatic control process,and the automatic control module based on the attitude sensor is realized.operate autonomously.The experimental results show that the algorithm can meet the control accuracy of the system attitude automatic control.Aiming at the control problem of automatic control module based on theodolite,Smith-Fuzzy PID control is introduced to solve the time delay problem of the automatic control process of the system angle and realize the autonomous operation of the automatic control module based on theodolite.In this paper,an automatic acceptance system of attitude sensor is designed and realized,and the experiment proves that the system can meet the index requirements of attitude sensor acceptance work. |
