With the continuous improvement of economic level and productivity,users’ requirement for products is more diversified and personalized,which has brought significant challenges to enterprise product research and development.In the big data environment,making full use of user requirement data to quickly realize product innovation design and meet users’ product needs has become a hot spot in business and academic circles.Aiming at the problems of traditional product design methods that rely too much on experience,excessive labor consumption,and low efficiency,this paper makes an in-depth study on the relevant theories of user requirement data mining,utilization,and product innovation and carries out the following research work:1)The product design process and mining algorithm related to user requirement data are studied.Based on the research and analysis of product design theory,a product design framework based on user requirement data association is proposed.This paper uses fuzzy linguistic summarization technology to establish a mining algorithm of user requirement data and a calculation method of objective requirement weight.Simultaneously,the consumer product hairdryer is used as a case to verify the data mining algorithm.2)This paper explores the comprehensive weighting method of user needs based on linear programming.The comprehensive weight determination method is studied.The method of determining the emotional weight of user requirements based on a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is established,and a linear programming model with the minimum positive and negative deviation as the objective function is constructed to obtain the total weight of subjective and objective requirements,which is verified by taking a hairdryer as an example.3)The method of product concept selection and combination based on axiomatic design is studied.Based on the research and analysis of the relevant theories of axiomatic design,a method for constructing and solving the design concept compatibility matrix is proposed.The process of generating the feasible scheme set from the information axiom of axiomatic design is studied,and an example is verified with a melt extrusion 3D printer.4)The decision-making method of the product design scheme considering the confidence of decision-makers is studied.We studied the fuzzy linguistic quantification method to deal with the linguistic variables.By using the Z-number method,the decision maker’s confidence in the evaluation information is modeled,and a multi-attribute decision-making model of product design scheme considering the degree of confidence is proposed.The scheme ranking method of fuzzy TOPSIS based on Z-number is used to make multi-attribute decision-making of product design scheme to select the best scheme.5)Using the innovative product design theory proposed in this paper,the innovative design of a kitchen trash can is carried out,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the theory and method in this paper,and can provide theoretical and practical support and reference for the development of new products. |
