With the development of 5G mobile communications,users are pursuing a better online experience,and the diversified demands for network services are gradually increasing.Under the trend of the interconnection of everything,the number of end users in heterogeneous networks with various standards has increased exponentially.The contradiction between people’s urgent need for high-speed,and low-latency data transmission and the scarcity of spectrum resources is becoming more and more obvious.And the single fixed spectrum allocation method is not only an unreasonable use of spectrum resources and a waste of resources,but also greatly reduces the quality of communication services for users.Device-to-Device(D2D)communication technology means that D2 D end-user communication can perform direct communication without base station forwarding.D2 D communication has the advantages of low latency,low power consumption,and high spectrum utilization,which can greatly alleviate the situation of spectrum scarcity.In order to ensure the communication of users,a simpler and more flexible spectrum resource allocation method is urgently needed.Secondly,since D2 D communication is limited by the communication distance between terminals and the channel quality of the transmission link,the advantages of D2 D communication can be better exploited by introducing relay technology into D2 D communication.In this paper mainly completes the following work:(1)Model the spectrum resource allocation problem in heterogeneous networks including D2 D communication.By using the signal-to-interference-noise ratio and setting the path loss parameters to constrain system interference,different swarm intelligence algorithms are used to optimize the D2 D spectrum resource allocation scheme,so as to ensure the communication service quality of users and improve spectrum utilization.(2)The improved binary seagull optimization algorithm is applied to the D2 D resource allocation problem.First,nonlinear weights and Levy flight are introduced to balance the global and local optimization capabilities of the algorithm;Second,the discrete function is introduced to discretize the position vector;Finally,the improved binary seagull optimization algorithm is used to take user fairness and system energy efficiency as target for comparative experiments.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the system energy efficiency in D2 D resource allocation.(3)A reverse differential binary tunicate swarm algorithm is proposed and applied to relay-assisted D2 D communication resource allocation.First,the reverse learning strategy is introduced in the population initialization to increase diversity.In addition,the differential evolution is introduced to improve the optimization accuracy.Finally,the discrete function is introduced to discretize the position vector.The simulation results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper greatly improves the spectrum utilization in relay-assisted D2 D spectrum resource allocation.
