Founded in 2013,Fan Deng Reading has gradually gained popularity in cities across the country with its unique function such as the essential interpretation of high-quality books,innovative speaker competitions,and offline reading clubs.Up to now,more than 3,000 authorized points have been established around the world,with more than 50 million registered people.It plays an important role in promoting national reading and increasing the national reading rate.As an important city in the Central China’s urban agglomeration,Kaifeng City has a long history and culture,a profound cultural foundation and huge potential market.However,As the Fan Deng Reading APP entered the market late,the market has been segmented in the early stage,and The promotional channels are relatively narrow,resulting in slow user growth;at the same time,the lack of effective operation management during development has led to its low conversion rate from an experience member to a full member,poor brand awareness and recognition,low user viscosity,aging community,and serious loss of high-value users.For the problems existing in the development of Kaifeng Branch of Fan Deng Reading APP,Documentation method,questionnaires method and in-depth interview are used comprehensively to summarize and analyze the causes of the problems,and propose several targeted improvement strategies,including optimizing products.Use and consumption experience,Improving users’ activity and feedback,Ensuring the accurate content and personalized match,Increasing the products revenue,etc.,By doing these to promote the better operation and development of Fan Deng Reading APP in Kaifeng area.
