| Media convergence in China has been underway for eight years,and media integration is deepening.The state supports media integration.There are four levels of media integration.Provincial media have rapidly established a "central kitchen" model in terms of talent,funding,and policy resource allocation,and the original provincial media units have been integrated into intensive,conglomerates.County media has also opened up the "last mile" under the national policy tilt.On the contrary,municipal media are not as good as county media in terms of overall policy support: they are not as good as provincial media in terms of talent and financial hardware,and municipal media are in an awkward situation,so how to explore a suitable path for their own integration has become an urgent problem to be solved.Taking three municipal media in Wuhai as research samples,the author uses literature research method and case study method to analyze the institutional reform,mechanism reform and integration achievements of the three media one by one,then summarizes the advantages of media integration in Wuhai and the problems of media integration in Wuhai in terms of system,top-level design,talents,policies and funds,etc.Finally,the practical experience of media integration in Wuhai at the prefecture level makes a model for media integration in other regions.study found that.1.strengthen the top-level design: 2.strengthen the mobile-first strategy: 3.give the establishment to enhance staff self-confidence and security: 4.establish the city’s municipal central kitchen: 5.rejuvenate the leadership cadres. |
