The vigorous development of Internet and digital technology has led to the rapid development of economy and the transformation of interpersonal communication.Based on this background,enterprise social media began to appear in the daily management of enterprises at a high speed.In a short time,the impact of the change of users’ concepts and behaviors also attracted the interest of many scholars.Under the current background,this study studies the influence mechanism of different use behaviors of team employees on the enterprise social media platform on the knowledge sharing of team employees.Through reading a large number of literatures,this study found that previous studies mainly have the following gaps:(1)A large number of studies investigated the impact of enterprise social media platforms on knowledge sharing from different angles,but ignored the impact of transactive memory system;(2)Since implicit knowledge sharing is the key to team knowledge management,few literatures consider knowledge sharing within the team from the perspective of the classification of explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge;(3)The existing literature mostly discusses the influence of transactive memory system from the aspects of organizational performance and teamwork.Considering the working status of team members and the importance of knowledge sharing,this paper tries to combine enterprise social media with transactive memory system in the team to consider the knowledge sharing degree of team members.Based on this,this paper has constructed a theoretical model on the basis of reading a large number of literatures on enterprise social media application,transactive memory system and knowledge sharing.By reviewing the key points of employees’ enterprise social media use behavior and knowledge sharing behavior,it has made clear the different types of employees’ enterprise social media use behavior and knowledge sharing behaviors.Secondly,this paper uses online questionnaire to survey employees of different teams in enterprises,and finally obtains 350 valid questionnaires.This paper uses SPSS26.0 and AMOS24.0 data analysis software to conduct empirical research on valid samples and analyze model.The findings of this paper are as follows: team employees’ different use behaviors of enterprise social media can have a positive impact on transactive memory system,and task communication and entertainment orientation on enterprise social media can help improve the level of transactive memory system,which is manifested in team members’ professional familiarity with each other,ability to trust other people’s information and cooperative completion of tasks.These will be manifested in team members’ knowledge sharing behavior,that is,the level of transactive memory system will positively affect the level of knowledge sharing,which is manifested not only in explicit knowledge sharing but also in implicit knowledge sharing behavior.Further discussion on the conclusion appears in the sixth chapter of this paper,which also includes theoretical and practical contributions,research limitations and future research suggestions.
