Research On Environmental Communication Of Mobile Learning Platform Based On “5W Mode”

In the 21 st century,environmental crisis has become a global issue,the mass media gradually focus on it.Enhancing the communication power on environmental issues has great significance.In 2 0 1 9,the mobile learning platform " Learning Power" was born,advocating mainstream ideology and interpreting national policies.Undoubtedly," Learning Power" has unique advantages in platform construction and environmental content dissemination.Based on " 5 W Mode" framework,the paper analyzes the subject,channel,content,audience and effect of environmental communication on "Learning Power".The characteristic of subject is analyzed from the perspective of government and media,that of channel has the features of mass communication,organizational communication and interpersonal communication.Environmental reports are analyzed from the aspects of form and content.It concludes that " Learning Power" has considerable communication effect and produces differentiated effects on diversified audience.However," Learning Power" has some deficiencies in content production,platform construction,and user maintenance.It should take countermeasures by optimizing agenda setting,deepening platform linkage,and strengthening user awareness.Some commonalities may enlighten other mobile learning platforms.In general,the research helps to realize the application extension of " 5 W Mode" in environmental communication,improve the diversity of communication content research on " Learning Power",and enrich the business research of environmental reports on new media platforms.
