| With the in-depth application of wireless communication technology in the military and civilian fields,the wireless communication system is developing towards integrating a variety of different applications in a single device.Compared with the current method of implementing multi-mode multi-band systems that integrats multiple applications of the receiving front-end or uses switching filter banks,reconfigurable filters can significantly reduce the size of receiving front-end,making the miniaturization and high integration of the reconfigurable receiving front-end possible.Aiming at the limitation of miniaturization and high integration of traditional multi-mode multi-band wireless communication systems,this paper studies the miniaturized reconfigurable filter and the reconfigurable receiving front-end.According to the theoretical study of filters,UIR and SIR in planar transmission line resonators and MMR,a multi-mode multi-zero resonator with "Star" structure has been developed by combining the research and design of integrated components.And a fully integrated multi-mode multi-zero miniaturized bandpass filter is developed.The center frequency of the filter is 2.6GHz,the bandwidth is 1.34GHz,the insertion loss is 1.6dB,and the size is only 3.2mm×1.9mm(0.03λ0 × 0.02 λ0),which meets the requirement of miniaturization and high integration.Based on the analysis of various reconfigurable resonant units,dissect the parameters and model of the varactor diode in depth.A filter with center frequency and bandwidth fully reconfigurable is developed with the size of 5.1mm×4.8mm.By adjusting the voltage,the center frequency of the filter can adjust from 1.5GHz to 3.0GHz.At the center frequency of 2.0GHz,the bandwidth can adjust from 300MHz to 1.05GHz,and the relative bandwidth tuning ratio is 15.0%~52.2%,which lays a good foundation for the design of a miniaturized reconfigurable receiving front-end.Finally,according to the developed miniaturized center frequency and bandwidth fully reconfigurable filter,a miniaturized reconfigurable RF receiving front-end working in the L-S band is designed,which verifies the practicability of the reconfigurable filter.The improvement of the spurious signal suppression in the receiving font-end by the reconfigurable filter is analyzed. |
