Since the concept of new infrastructure was first put forward at the Central Economic Work Conference in December 2018,"new infrastructure" has become a "hot word" that has attracted wide attention. In 2020,economic development faces new challenges due to the impact of COVID-19,and the society is more urgent for the digital application of emerging information technologies such as5 G and AI.The information infrastructure based on the new generation of information technology plays an irreplaceable role in the process of digital transformation and fusion innovation. This study takes information infrastructure, the core of "new infrastructure",as the research object, and explores the digital influence of information infrastructure on the national economy among and within industries, which has strong theoretical and practical significance.First, the reference for the research and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in this paper to classify a information infrastructure related industries,in the perspective of industry associations, using input-output analysis model,to explore the information infrastructure of industrial relationship and industrial spread effect, and information infrastructure early start comparing the United States,to make up for a "new construction" in China soon,The short time of data release has reference significance for the influence of China’s digitalization and future development direction.Secondly, the use of 2007-2020 panel data of Shanghai and shenzhen a-share listed companies based on industry association analysis it is concluded that information infrastructure strong correlation industry building enterprise samples of the experimental group and control group, then empirically tested using difference-in-difference(DID)model for related industry enterprises information infrastructure digital transformation and the influence of heterogeneity,in the end,Sobel test mediating effect model is used to investigate the effect mechanism of enterprise innovation investment and human capital investment on enterprise digital transformation in information infrastructure. The main conclusions of the study are as follows :(1)there are great differences in the industrial association effect of information infrastructure between China and the US;(2)China’s information infrastructure manufacturing industry has strong intermediate product attributes, while the service industry has weak intermediate product attributes;(3)information infrastructure significantly promotes the digital transformation of enterprises in related industries, but the promoting effect is heterogeneous. From the perspective of enterprise characteristic heterogeneity, information infrastructure plays a greater role in promoting the digital transformation of non-state-owned enterprises and high-tech enterprises. From the perspective of regional heterogeneity, enterprises in the eastern region are more affected than those in other regions.(4)The mediating effect of information infrastructure on innovation input and human capital in digital transformation is obvious. After analyzing the conclusions, the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward :(1)highlight the leading position of information infrastructure industry and promote the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises;(2)Improve the economic driving role of information infrastructure service industry and promote the internal integration of the industry;(3)information infrastructure should be adapted to local conditions;(4)Strengthen industry-university-research cooperation, and enterprises strengthen innovation and talent training.
