| As a holding subsidiary of the Group,X Company,an automobile modification enterprise,has many deficiencies in its existing information system.In order to realize the efficient operation of the company’s business,X Company plans to optimize and upgrade the information system to strongly support the digital supply chain.Given that the information system involves the process,procurement,planning,workshop,storage,finance,sales and other departments and the system is specialized and complicated,the project may be at risk.It is necessary to carry out the risk research on the information system upgrade project of automobile refitting enterprise.This paper analyzes from four aspects involving project preparation risk,project management risk,project security risk and project quality risk.In this paper,the risk factors of the information system upgrade project of automobile refitting enterprise are studied in depth and scientifically by combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.After analyzing the actual situation of the risk factors of the project,this paper analyzes the influence of different risk factors on the overall goal through analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.According to the relevant theory of AHP,this paper determines a target layer,four criteria layers and fifteen scheme layers and the influence degree of each factor is calculated by matrix analysis.The results of AHP show that the security risk has the greatest impact and the preparation risk has the least impact.The risk factors that need to be paid attention to in the scheme layer are data conversion risk,schedule risk,network security risk and implementation effect evaluation risk.The results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method show that the overall security risk degree of the project is in the general level indicating that it is relatively safe.However,there are risks which need to be controlled and eliminated in the process of the project. |
