With the development and progress of the country,the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China first put forward the goal of building a culturally powerful country,and the report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China first put forward the idea of “Developing reading activities for the whole people”.At the same time,the people’s demand for cultural life is increasing,with the growing size of the consumer market,the annual average social consumption growth rate maintained at about 10% of the high growth level.Household income and expenditure on culture and education continued to increase,while operating income,total assets and owners’ equity of the press and publication industry continued to grow,and the size of the economy increased steadily.On the other hand,with the development of technology and changes in consumption habits,online book sales have become large-scale,online red book stores attract a large number of traffic,the concept and positioning of bookstores are gradually changing for the people,and the quality requirements of consumer experience are getting higher and higher,gradually from reading,buying a book of the single demand into reading,learning,communication,leisure and entertainment of the comprehensive cultural needs.At present,Jiangxi Xinhua bookstore has a difficult operation,an old and backward business model,insufficient positioning of products,customers,channels,content,marketing and communication,poor market development ability,a diversified business model has not been planned and formed,and it is difficult to match the spatial operation concept with the needs of modern society.It can not beat the online bookstore in the price war and the online bookstore in the traffic war.In addition,there is a "big pot" phenomenon in the internal management,The endogenous power is insufficient,so it is difficult to adapt to the development needs,and it is difficult to make a breakthrough in the development of Jiangxi Xinhua bookstore.The development of Jiangxi Xinhua Bookstore is an extremely complex and comprehensive system engineering problem.In order to find a way to develop,Jiangxi Xinhua Bookstore set up several project teams to study the development strategy of Jiangxi Xinhua Bookstore,including the satisfaction survey project team.The satisfaction survey project team continued to explore and discuss,and analyzed the satisfaction of different subjects to Jiangxi Xinhua bookstore,Understand the attention needs and satisfaction of different subjects to Jiangxi Xinhua Bookstore,provide strong support for the development strategy of Jiangxi Xinhua Bookstore,and then put forward scientific suggestions.This article investigates and analyzes the satisfaction of consumer customers,internal employees and government departments to Jiangxi Xinhua Bookstore,and makes a comprehensive investigation on the project background on the basis of expert interview scoring and SWOT analysis.In the project design stage,the index factors affecting the satisfaction of Jiangxi Xinhua Bookstore were determined.The consumer customers included four categories of "goods,services,environment and bookstore functions",the internal employees included three categories of "work return,work itself and work environment",and the government departments included three categories of "political tasks,social effects and economic effects".Through the level-by-level decomposition of the secondary index factors,a total of30 tertiary index factors were determined,Construct the evaluation index system of consumer customers,internal employees and government departments’ satisfaction with Jiangxi Xinhua Bookstore,and get the weight coefficient of each index factor through analytic hierarchy process.In the project implementation stage,the satisfaction of consumer customers,internal employees and government departments with Jiangxi Xinhua bookstore was investigated in the form of questionnaires,and the satisfaction of each indicator factor was calculated through sorting out statistics.Finally,the results are delivered.Through the analysis of the satisfaction of each index factor,we can understand the current situation of Jiangxi Xinhua Bookstore and the demand trend of different customer groups for Jiangxi Xinhua Bookstore,which is more conducive for Jiangxi Xinhua Bookstore to give full play to its own advantages,complement its weaknesses,seize opportunities and resolve threats,and put forward reference suggestions for the development strategy of Jiangxi Xinhua bookstore.
