With the popularization of the fifth-generation mobile communication system,5G has become the first of the country’s new infrastructure.Communication security is always the most concerned issue for users.For example,in important confidential places,to prevent the use of mobile phones,it is necessary to control the mobile phone terminals in the places that need to be kept confidential.In the police’s anti-terrorist and explosion-proof mission,in order to prevent the mobile phone from detonating the bomb,it is necessary to control the mobile phone at the task location.Therefore,designing a terminal management and control system for a specific target has high research and realization value.First,the 5G protocol architecture and networking mode,as well as the security problems and security mechanisms of 5G,are studied in detail.Then,the existing terminal management and control solutions are analyzed.In view of the problems existing in the existing terminal management and control,combined with the characteristics of the 5G non-independent group dual connection,the signaling is not encrypted before the 4G anchor base station authentication,a 5G non-independent group is designed.The offline management and control scheme based on identity authentication signaling can block the communication of specific terminals within a certain range.Then,the design principle of the signaling process for obtaining user information before the identity authentication process and the control design plan for blocking the communication of specific terminals through the obtained user information are described in detail.Secondly,the base station search technology involved in the terminal access management and control system is studied,the system information to be obtained by base station search and the configuration parameters required for terminal management and control are introduced,and the cell synchronization technology in base station search is expanded,and the synchronization Signal detection algorithm.Two base station search schemes are introduced,and a base station search scheme for acquiring serving cell information is designed by combining USRP and GNU Radio.Through the comparison of the three schemes,it is verified that this scheme can accurately obtain the parameter information of the serving cell with a high success rate.Finally,the private network verification platform is built through the Openairinterface open source project,and the relevant information of the public network serving cell system is obtained through the base station search scheme in this article,and the private network base station is configured.In the private network base station built,the terminal user identity acquisition and management and control test are carried out on the test terminal.The test results show that this management and control scheme can obtain user information through signaling interaction,and can block the communication of specific terminals,which verifies the feasibility and correctness of this scheme.
