| With the continuous development of national economy,the party’s 19 big xi new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the party and the country must long adhere to the guiding ideology,describes the grand blueprint of the new era,deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises,cultivate global competitive world-class enterprises,promote the energy production and consumption revolution,build clean,low carbon and safe system and efficient energy important deployment.In such a strong development background,the county power supply enterprises as the power supply companies directly facing the majority of electricity consumers,whether the company’s marketing strategy can be recognized by the local market and meet the development needs of the regional economy,is directly related to the future development of the company.This paper first expounds the definition of smart grid,the concept and characteristics of power marketing service,as the theoretical basis of the whole study,through introducing the current situation of power supply and demand under the smart grid environment,the background of this study is to analyze the characteristics of power demand under smart grid and to classify consumer demand.Secondly,by analyzing the current marketing service situation of Qingshanhu District power supply company and the impact of Smart Grid Development on the company,secondly,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the marketing service of Qingshanhu Power Supply Company,as well as the development opportunities and threats challenges through the SWOT Matrix Finally,through product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy,which is a classic 4P Marketing Theory Strategy,the author puts forward the marketing service strategy to promote the corporate image and realize the common development of Qingshanhu District Power Supply Company.And the four specific measures implemented by the Qingshanhu District Power Supply Company to support the marketing service strategy,hoping to provide reference for the formulation,reform and development of the county company’s marketing service strategy.This paper studies the current marketing service strategy of Qingshan Power Supply Company from policy guidance,reform and development,It is mainly adopted through the market supply and demand analysis to explore the development strategy of qingshan Lake power supply company under the condition of meeting the development demand of smart grid,and puts forward the current and future marketing service strategy and implementation guarantee conditions,which has strong practical significance.As the county company on the smart grid is still in the initial stage,the research results of this paper need to be tested by practice,and gradually improved and improved through practice. |
