| In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,China’s aging population and rising production costs,China has accelerated the pace of machine replacement,and gradually China has become the largest application market of robots in the world.Robots have been widely used in the industrial field of developed countries,but China is still in its infancy in related technology and management.Whether robots can be better applied depends on the design of industrial robot system integration scheme to a certain extent.Industrial robot automation system integration is a project with high technical content and strong comprehensiveness,which needs us to constantly explore in practice.Whether the scheme design is scientific or not largely determines whether the industrial robot system integration project can be successfully implemented.However,in the early stage of planning and design,there will be many sets of schemes.How to select the optimal scheme scientifically becomes very difficult,so how to effectively evaluate and accurately make the scheme optimization decision is very important.Aiming at the industrial robot system integration project,this paper systematically analyzes the index factors affecting the project function through Delphi method and expert scoring,including "customer demand satisfaction","ease of use","ease of implementation" and "safety and environmental protection",The function evaluation index system of industrial robot system integration project is constructed,and the weight of each function index factor is calculated by analytic hierarchy process.Taking industrial robot system integration project a as an example,the function evaluation of three different schemes is carried out.On this basis,the value coefficient of each scheme is obtained by value engineering method,By comparing the value coefficient of each scheme,the scheme with the highest cost performance is selected.Using the evaluation method of analytic hierarchy process combined with value engineering method plays a key role in the successful decision-making of the project scheme,which can effectively improve the implementation ability of the industrial robot system integration project,not only improve the success rate of the project,but also improve the competitiveness of the enterprise. |
