Design And Application Of Youth Hostel Service System

Youth hostels(hereinafter referred to as youth hostels)still have problems such as poor hygiene,poor service quality,and chaotic management in the development of youth hostels in my country.This study aims at the problem of insufficient development of youth hostels at present,and explores the paths and strategies for the operation and development of youth hostels in my country.Based on the sociological investigation method,we use web crawler to obtain the online review text of the Youth Hostel and perform high-frequency word extraction and social network semantic construction.Carry out coding analysis and dimension construction of the youth travel service system,conduct statistical and text analysis on the questionnaire results,combine on-the-spot research and user interviews,and use service design tools such as user role models,user experience maps,service blueprints,and business model canvases to provide youth travel services.system Research.Obtained the social network semantic map of the online text of the youth hostel,constructed the five dimensions of the youth hostel service system,optimized and innovated the youth hostel service process combined with the method of service design,and finally put forward new ideas for the development of the youth hostel.The youth travel service system is constructed from five dimensions,including personnel and attributes,location,accommodation experience,facilities and layout,and service and management.It explores user needs,and combines services and business to optimize and innovate the construction of the youth travel service process.The application of design is explored;it is pointed out that the development of youth hostels should be more standardized,market-oriented and branded,people-oriented,and carry forward regional and cultural characteristics.
