With the development of computer communication technology and sensor technology,Wireless Body Area Network(WBAN)has been paid more and more attention in scientific research field.With the in-depth research,security issues of WBAN become a hot issue.In order to solve the problem of information security in cross-domain communication of WBAN,this paper considers the security and efficiency requirements of WBAN,studies the information encryption and cross-domain authentication schemes between nodes of WBAN by using signcryption algorithm and blockchain technology.The following are the main contents of this study:(1)A cross-domain hybrid signcryption scheme for WBAN is proposed.Firstly,the general model and security model of the scheme are built.Then,the cross-domain hybrid signcryption scheme for WBAN is described in detail according to the general model and security model.Then,the security of the scheme is verified and analyzed.Finally,the scheme is compared with the same type of scheme,which shows the performance advantages of this scheme.(2)A cross-domain authentication scheme base on the consortium blockchain for WBAN is presented.This paper combines blockchain technology with cross-domain authentication technology for WBAN,uses the core advantages of blockchain to solve a series of security problems such as key escrow,single-node failure,and Man in the Middle Attack,etc which existing in the current cross-domain authentication for WBAN.In this paper,Key Generation Centers(KGC)and third-party key generators(Private Key Generator,PKG)from different domains are added to the consortium blockchain to form the node of the consortium blockchain.Proxy authentication servers are added as Nonvalidating peer(NVP)of the consortium blockchain.Identity information stored on the blockchain are queried and verified by NVP to achieve cross-domain authentication.The application of blockchain can play an important role in the direction of de-centralization and trustworthiness,improve the environment security of password computing,and enhance the security of identity authentication.(3)A safe and efficient cross-domain data access control scheme for WBAN is presented.In this paper,the cross-domain hybrid signcryption scheme is applied to the medical wireless body area network.Based on the original wireless body area network data access control scheme of a single receiver,a multi-receiver wireless body area network data access control scheme is designed to improve the efficiency of identity authentication and data transmission;Taking the advantages of consortium blockchain,eliminating potential challenges from trusted third party.The identity of node is managed by the proxy authentication server,which ensures the privacy of the physiological data.Compared with the existing multi-receiver wireless body area network security scheme,this scheme has obvious advantages in terms of communication and computation costs.It provides a good solution to improve the security of cross domain communication in WBAN.
