| Fused deposition modeling(FDM)technology,also known as additive manufacturing,as a new manufacturing method,is promoting the revolution of product design and production mode.Compared with traditional manufacturing,it can quickly transform the designer’s design idea into physical model,so that the designer can recognize the problems existing in the product and correct them,which can effectively shorten the product development cycle.However,in melt deposition rapid prototyping,the forming accuracy of formed parts is generally low.How to improve the forming accuracy of FDM is not only a key research problem,but also an important reason restricting the further development of FDM printing technology.This paper is based on FDM forming combined graphics model,but the forming accuracy is not high in the forming graphics model,which affects the model assembly and surface quality,and whether the setting and matching of parameters are reasonable will directly affect the forming accuracy of the model.To solve this problem,the forming accuracy of FDM forming model is studied.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the forming accuracy of FDM forming model is improved by optimizing its process parameters.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the FDM forming combined graphics model,the graphics model will be made into a detachable one.The surface of the split module will be magnetized.When in use,the magnetic attraction principle can be used for selective and flexible disassembly without disassembly tools.The operation is simple,convenient and efficient,which can help learners transform the graphics in visual effect into specific physical models,It overcomes the defects of traditional graphics model teaching aids,such as "bulky","inflexible application" and "unable to show the internal structure of graphics model".(2)based on the FDM modeling,it combines the Internet with the Internet,namely,building a platform for online learning graph models,establishing a graph model Gallery,linking the map library with We Chat public number,and learning the official account by entering the official account.(3)From the three aspects of dimensional error,surface quality and shape error,this paper systematically analyzes the influence of various factors in the whole FDM forming process on the forming accuracy of the model,and puts forward the corresponding solutions,which provides a theoretical basis and guiding basis for the optimization of the forming accuracy of the subsequent model.(4)Four parameters including layer thickness,filling density,number of layers and printing angle are selected from many process parameters of FDM molding,and different horizontal values are selected for orthogonal experiment within the reasonable range of optimized process parameters.The range analysis method is used to study the influence law of various process parameters on the forming accuracy of the model(taking the dimensional error and surface roughness as the reference index).Through the comprehensive balance method,the optimal combination of process parameters of FDM forming model is obtained,that is,the layer thickness is 0.15 mm,the filling density is 65%,the number of layers is 6,and the printing angle is 60 ℃.Finally,the optimal combination of process parameters obtained from the experiment is verified and analyzed,and the verification result is feasible. |
