Research On Quality Management Of G Bank Information Technology Software Projec

The rapid development and transformation of the financial market has brought about rapid changes in banking business types and derivative products,and rapid changes in service models.As a specific form of information technology construction,financial technology software projects have become a key link in supporting business development.In this context,how to complete the construction and implementation of software projects with high quality and sufficient quantity under the complex system architecture has also become a key indicator for the information and technological team.Taking the quality problem of G bank information technology software project as the research object,this paper collects and sorts out a large number of problems and events that occurred after the G bank software project is put into production in the production environment,and conducts statistical screening of important events with high frequency and wide influence.At the same time,the software fault tree analysis method(SFTA)is used to analyze the fault causes of important events on the basis of sorting out and reading relevant literature.The fault tree is constructed according to the fault cause and its logical relationship,and the probability importance of the bottom event of the important event is calculated.After screening the key bottom eve nts with the highest probability of affecting the top events,this paper analyzes the project stages of such bottom events and the corresponding Capability Maturity Model Integration(CMMI)process areas that need to be improved.Finally,in order to further improve the quality management level of G Bank software projects and improve the quality of software products,this paper combines the theory with the actual situation of G Bank based on the CMMI theoretical model to formulate the relevant management system.From the eight sub-process areas of engineering management,support management and project management process,it decomposes and optimizes the links where failure problems are more concentrated,so as to establish a relatively complete project management solution and implementation plan.
