| With the development of cities and the concentration of population,emergencies such as natural disasters,accidents disasters,public health incidents and social security incidents directly affect people’s lives,bringing huge pressure on urban management and even causing huge economic losses and casualties.The timely release of emergency warning information is conducive to the early responses to the various emergencies and mitigating the impact of emergencies.Traditionally,when an emergency is about to happen or is in the process of happening,the relevant departments will send warning text messages to the people in the city or in the relevant areas,but due to the huge amount of information sent and the complicated process,it often causes problems such as channel blockage,low efficiency in sending information and inaccurate access to people.Strengthening the overall management of warning and alert information,improving emergency response capabilities and establishing a coordination mechanism for accurate and targeted distribution of emergency text messages is a key issue that needs to be addressed.Based on the collection of mobile phones signaling,this paper monitors densely populated areas,and designs an emergency information release platform based on mobile phone signaling and big data visualization.The system adopts the strategy of dividing areas and sending emergency information to people in groups,so as to achieve the purpose of pushing emergency information to the target population in the determined areas accurately,in small quantities and in batches.The system is generally divided into three modules: big data visual monitoring screen module,emergency information release module and information task management module.Through the implementation of each module,the accurate and timely emergency information transmission can be effectively improved;the disadvantages of traditional information release mode can be effectively avoided;the accurate and directional transmission of high-level emergency information can be realized;the quality of emergency management can be improved;and the scientific intelligent and timely emergency management can be effectively realized.Through the application of the system,the auxiliary response to emergency events can be realized. |
