The informatization of China’s manufacturing industry started late,and the informatization personnel pool and supporting software and hardware infrastructure of manufacturing enterprises are weak.In 2015,the Made in China 2025 plan proposed by the State Council pointed out that relying on intelligent manufacturing to promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and drive Chinese economic growth.Under the guidance of national macro policies and the increase in actual market demand,the domestic intelligent manufacturing industry has developed rapidly,and local intelligent manufacturing enterprises have gradually grown,forming a certain industry influence.This paper takes Wuhan’s intelligent manufacturing software supplier-TY company as the research object,and studies its intelligent manufacturing software marketing strategy from three aspects.Firstly,analyze the micro and macro environment of TY company,and analyze the current status of TY company’s intelligent manufacturing software marketing around TY company’s design and development of Inte and Sim series of intelligent manufacturing software products.Secondly,TY company’s operation and management The senior,middle-level managers,and grass-roots marketing personnel conducted in-depth interviews to analyze the problems existing in the marketing strategy of TY’s intelligent manufacturing software.Finally,based on STP and 7PS marketing theory,determine the market positioning of TY’s intelligent manufacturing software In order to enhance the company’s market competitiveness,improve economic efficiency and brand recognition Spend.This research helps to improve the marketing management level and industry competitiveness of TY company,and also has certain reference value for the current marketing strategies of local intelligent manufacturing software companies.
