An economic power with industrial economy as its pillar,manufacturing industry is the core source of industrial industry,and the current rapid economic growth of China benefits from the rapid development of manufacturing industry.Nowadays,with the rise of a new round of scientific and technological industrial revolution,Chinese manufacturing industry is also standing at a new starting point,in order to improve the production efficiency,the manufacturing enterprises start a chase competition for the selection and manufacture of equipment resources.The production efficiency will be affected by the difference in the old and new equipment resources and the difficulty of operation,as well as the difference in the operation proficiency of new and old human resources employees.Manufacturing enterprises need to allocate manufacturing resources scientifically and rationally,improve their utilization level,save time and cost,meet market demands more quickly and agilely,and continuously improve customer satisfaction;at the same time,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and move towards the high end of the industrial chain.In this paper,the problem of optimal allocation of manufacturing resources for order project produced by non-standard automation equipment is discussed and studied.Based on the established mathematical model and improved artificial immune system algorithm,the scheduling scheme of order project involving uniform parallel machines in the manufacturing environment of two-stage assembly mixed flow-shop is given.First,the concept of manufacturing resources is defined and the types of manufacturing resources are classified inductively,and the concept of uniform parallel machine is given considering that equipment resources and human resources have capacity differences or efficiency problems;since the most similar problem to this paper is studied in the algorithm selection using the artificial immune system algorithm,the relevant concepts involved in the human immune system are elaborated.Next,the literature on optimal resource allocation,uniform parallel machines,project schedule research,meta-heuristic algorithms,and artificial immune system algorithms are sorted and summarized to identify their research problems.Then secondly,based on the characteristics of the research problem with NP-hard properties,a mixed integer linear programming model is established for the problem description to solve the small-scale type problem,and validated on the CPLEX optimization solver to demonstrate the feasibility of the established model.Then,we use the meta-heuristic algorithm to find the approximate best solution for the large-scale type problem.By reviewing and organizing the literature,many scholars and experts at home and abroad commonly use the artificial immune system algorithm for similar research problems,and the algorithm performance is very superior,so the artificial immune system algorithm as the research basis.At the same time,we make improvement designs on this basis to make it more suitable for the artificial immune principle and improve the performance of the algorithm,enhance the convergence accuracy and We also improve the performance of the algorithm,enhance the convergence accuracy and global search capability of the algorithm,and strengthen its stability.Then,we compare and evaluate the experimental results with three other algorithms,and prove that the improved algorithm has better search ability and speed,and shortens the manufacturing period.In order to increase the application value,the improved algorithm NC-IAIS is applied to the complete equipment case of skylight assembly in the company’s non-standard automation equipment order project and the result analysis is given.Finally,the conclusions of this paper and further research directions are given.This paper focuses on the scheduling research of optimal allocation of manufacturing resources in two-stage assembly hybrid flow shop involving uniform parallel system in the production and manufacturing environment of the nonstandard automation equipment production order project,and this research has important theoretical significance and practical value.On the one hand,it improves the design of an NC-IAIS algorithm,enriches the method of manufacturing resource optimization allocation,and provides ideas and inspiration for the solution of similar problems in the future;On the other hand,through the rational allocation of manufacturing resources,it realizes the lean planning of the project implementation stage on the schedule,shortens the time of product production and manufacturing,saves time cost,increases the enterprise efficiency and economic
