| In recent years,the official weibo,We Chat public,the media platform to operate simple and efficient information dissemination characteristics changed the mode of information dissemination,information created a new disclosure channels for the company,thus greatly reducing the cost of information collection,and gradually become another main way to release and transfer company information.At the same time,enterprises also provide information for investors through the reasonable use of we-media,so that moneymen can understand the operation of the enterprise,which is instrumental in ameliorating the information conditions and the investment efficiency of the capital market.However,at present,both domestic and foreign regulatory agencies and enterprises have not formed a unified standard for the information disclosure of we-media,there are great differences in the substance,modality and interaction of we media information disclosure.This paper mainly studies the impact of we media information disclosure on establishment merits,and analyzes the impact mechanism of we media news disclosure on enterprise performance through the supply chain,due to the enterprise supply chain and its complex,plus the disclosure of different information has different effects on the supply chain,so this paper uses the case study method to deeply study the relationship between them.The first is to collect and sort out the self media information disclosure of 62 listed companies in the household goods industry.At the same time,Taking Kuka and Hotata as the case study object,detailed statistics from 2018 to 2021,Taking Kuka and Hotata in the official weibo,We Chat public information,information push content,disclosure,interactive features,and analyzes the link between Taking Kuka information disclosure and enterprise performance,it also puts forward corresponding improvement measures and suggestions from the perspectives of company,government and we media platform for regulators,enterprises released media information and investors use the media information to provide reference and reference.The research found that:(1)We-media information disclosure has a positive impact on enterprise performance,but the different information disclosed by we media has different effects on the market effect of enterprises.(2)We-media information disclosure can affect the company’s supply chain,attract more customers and suppliers,proceed to the next step elevate the financial performance of the enterprise.(3)Media supervision,investor attention,various factors such as corporate strategy and the behavior and reputation of managers will affect the disclosure of corporate we media information and corporate performance..This paper mainly has the following two innovation points,in terms of research perspective,current studies are analyzing the impact of we media information disclosure on the market and on the company’s performance,but few people can study the role of we media information disclosure on the company’s performance from the supply chain.This paper starts from the theory,analyzes the principle of the role of we media information disclosure on the company’s performance,and finally provides a new perspective for US media information disclosure.On the research content,the current research of the media information disclosure from the empirical method of research,this paper with content analysis and event research,in the form of case of enterprise We Chat public and weibo content of information disclosure for detailed study,analysis,explore the enterprise in the use of media information disclosure of enterprise performance. |
