In recent years,there are more and more problems such as energy shortage and ecological environment pollution.Most countries invest more and more in the research and development of new renewable energy.With the continuous progress of biomass energy technology and the development of industrial application scale,as well as its unique superior performance,biomass energy has become one of the priority energy forms in various countries,and now it has become the fourth largest clean energy in the world.Among them,the industry of biomass direct combustion power generation is a strategic emerging industry,which has become an important form of large-scale industrialization and comprehensive utilization of biomass energy in China.In the current biomass direct fired power generation boiler technology,circulating fluidized bed power generation boiler has been widely used because of its high efficiency in material combustion and low requirements for fuel particle size.Taking the 120 t / h power generation boiler of a large biomass power plant as the research object,this paper analyzes the combustion characteristics and control management requirements of the whole biomass power generation boiler,divides the whole biomass power generation boiler combustion control system into fuel control system,induced draft control system and air supply control suction,and analyzes the main steam pressure,furnace negative pressure,furnace temperature The control requirements and dynamic characteristics of four main controlled objects such as flue gas oxygen content are analyzed and studied.On this basis,the distributed control combustion control system is designed,the measurement circuits of furnace temperature,main steam pressure,furnace negative pressure and flue gas oxygen content are selected and built,and the software systems of main operation station,field control station,data acquisition and communication supporting the hardware circuit are designed and realized.According to the characteristics of pure time delay and large inertia of biomass boiler combustion control system,based on the analysis and research of fuzzy control technology and PID control technology,a fuzzy PID controller based on PID parameter fuzzy self-tuning algorithm is proposed and designed,which is verified by MATLAB software.Through the design of this system,the combustion efficiency of biomass fuel can be improved,and the safe and reliable control of biomass energy boiler can be realized.
