With the development of science and technology,in high-tech fields such as aerospace,wireless communication,artificial intelligence,etc.,traditional low-speed circuits can not meet the needs of high-performance real-time signal processing with large amount of data.High-speed circuits have become the mainstream of current engineering applications.In high-speed circuit design,some interconnect transmission structures that do not affect circuit function at low speed often cause signal integrity problem.How to solve the problem of signal integrity has become a difficult and hot issue in high-speed circuit design and it is the key to the success of high-speed circuit design.In this paper,the theory of signal integrity and the simulation analysis and design of high-speed serial signals are deeply studied.The simulation method of emphasis technology based on IBIS-AMI model is innovatively proposed,which makes up for the shortage of traditional MATLAB simulation that can not consider the electrical parameters of the chip.The method proposed verifies the effect of emphasis technology on the quality of high-speed serial signal transmission,simultaneously.This paper completes the signal integrity simulation analysis and optimization research of the multi-board high-speed information processing platform,and completes the simulation analysis and optimization design of the SRIO2.1 bus of the high-speed information processing platform combined with the actual engineering project.The emulation method of emphasizing technology is applied to the platform optimization,which further improves the platform performance.The detail research results are as follows:Theoretical research on signal integrity: This paper firstly introduces the theory of transmission line,and then conducts simulation research on the basic problems of signal integrity such as reflection and crosstalk.Finally,the important evaluation criteria S-parameters and eye diagrams in signal integrity analysis are analyzed.Research on emphasis technology based on IBIS-AMI model: The IBIS-AMI model is a common model in signal integrity simulation analysis.This paper interprets the physical meaning of the key parts in the IBIS file,and analyzes the AMI algorithm interface and the commonly used equalization in high-speed serial circuits.Aiming at the research on the simulation method of the emphasis technology,an innovative simulation method of the emphasis technology based on the IBIS-AMI model is proposed.In this method,the least mean square algorithm(LMS algorithm)is firstly used to estimate the FIR filter coefficients.In the calculation,the IBIS-AMI model and MATLAB are used for joint calculation.The proposed mehod based on the IBIS model makes up for the defect that the traditional MATLAB simulation calculation can not consider the loss caused by the chip electrical parameters,and then determines more accurate pre/de-emphasis strengths.Secondly,in the simulation,the pre/de-emphasis simulation design is carried out through the AMI algorithm interface.Finally,a complete system-level simulation model is built to obtain simulation results such as eye diagram and bathtub curve.Research on simulation modeling of signal integrity of high-speed information processing platform: Based on the actual engineering project,the SRIO bus of the DSP+FPGA information processing platform is simulated and analyzed.The main research content includes the modeling of key transmission lines of various parts of the platform,S-parameter extraction,IBIS-AMI modeling and system-level simulation link construction.The results are compared with the relevant specifications in the SRIO bus design manual to analyze whether the SRIO bus transmission performance on the signal processing platform meets the design standards,and the validity and accuracy of the simulation method are verified by experiments.Optimized design of high-speed information processing platform: Based on actual engineering projects,the design of the high-speed serial bus of the DSP+FPGA information processing platform is optimized in this paper.the transmission performance of the entire platform is further improved by optimizing the via hole and pre-emphasizing the transmitter chip.The via hole optimization is to change the via hole connecting the two-layer SRIO bus in the DSP board to a blind via hole to eliminate the residual effect of the via hole and reduce the transmission loss of the SRIO bus.The pre-emphasis process adopts the emphasizing technology simulation method based on the IBIS-AMI model proposed in the third chapter of this paper.Through this method,the pre-emphasis design and simulation of the transmitter chip are carried out.The results show that the performance of the platform is improved after pre-emphasis.
