With the promotion of intelligent manufacturing and Industry 4.0 standards,the manufacturing industry has gradually transformed from a single-variety mass production mode to a multi-variety small batch.The research object of this paper is the CNC machining workshop with multi-variety and small batch production mode.In view of the problems that the total processing cycle is too long and cannot be delivered on time,the accumulation of work in process and the idle equipment are often encountered in the CNC machining workshop,from the perspective of overall optimality,comprehensively consider sorting and scheduling to optimize the CNC machining workshop,the specific research content is as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of CNC machining workshop and builds a digital model,analyzes the organizational structure,production scheduling plan and processing process flow of CNC machining workshop through IE method,deeply studies the production problems existing in the enterprise.With determining the optimization direction,the physical simulation model of the CNC machining workshop is built in the Plant Simulation software.After setting the simulation parameters according to the actual production data,the simulation results are digitally analyzed to determine the optimization goal.Secondly,a collaborative optimization model of sorting and scheduling is constructed and a MOG-DEA algorithm suitable for the model is designed to establish a collaborative optimization model of sorting and scheduling aiming at the shortest total processing time,the shortest logistics penalty time,and the least number of logistics vehicles.Based on the genetic algorithm,the differential evolution algorithm and the elite strategy are introduced for improvement,and a MOG-DEA algorithm suitable for the collaborative optimization model is proposed,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by classic examples.Finally,the collaborative optimization model of the CNC machining workshop is solved,the sorting and scheduling collaborative optimization scheme is determined from the Pareto optimal solution set by combining the two scheme evaluation methods of AHP and TOPSIS,and the simulation parameters are modified to simulate the operation optimization scheme.The optimization effect of the scheme is comprehensively evaluated by comparing the total processing time,penalty time and equipment utilization rate of the CNC machining workshop before and after optimization.The research results show that the collaborative optimization model of sorting and scheduling can effectively solve the actual production problems of CNC machining workshops,and the MOG-DEA algorithm has the best solution quality and speed during the solution.The effectiveness and feasibility of the optimization scheme are verified.
