| As the main vehicle for removing construction residues,muck truck plays an important role in urbanization construction roads.Considering the real-time location of muck truck and planning its transportation path can effectively save transportation cost,reduce vehicle quantity and improve the removal efficiency.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to be solved in the current muck transportation industry to concentrate the muck trucks for unified optimization scheduling.In this paper,the mathematical model is used to optimize and solve the transportation route on multiple targets for the muck truck scheduling,in order to realize the real-time scheduling of muck truck,which has very important practical significance in the muck transportation industry.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the requirements of the muck truck scheduling system are analyzed in detail.The overall architecture and each functional module of the muck truck real-time scheduling system are designed based on the existing resources such as construction site,consuming field,muck truck and its Bei Dou positioning terminal.Secondly,in terms of scheduling scheme research,this paper establishes a multi-objective optimization mathematical model of muck transportation based on the uncertain location of muck truck scheduling and the constraints of transport capacity.The non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II(NSGA-Ⅱ)is used to solve the transport route of muck truck,which provides the basis for the scheme decision of dispatching system.When using NSGA-Ⅱ to solve the model,in order to realize the corresponding relationship between coding and scheduling scheme,the real coding sequence was used to represent the scheduling scheme of vehicles,and the cross-coding method was proposed to correspond to the application scenario of the slag truck shuttling between the construction site and the consumption field in the actual transportation process.Finally,experiments verify the effectiveness of the algorithm in solving transportation routes.Thirdly,the scheduling algorithm is integrated with each functional module to realize the completion process of the scheme design,process supervision and result review of the muck truck transportation,and the muck truck scheduling system based on NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is realized.Finally,each functional module of the system was tested,and the expected development goals of the enterprise for the scheduling and daily management of the muck truck were achieved. |
