| In recent years,supply chain finance has been highly valued by financial institutions as a powerful way to alleviate the financing difficulties of SMEs and help financial institutions expand their basic customer base.Based on the core enterprise credit and the real trade background,supply chain finance provides financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain,and effectively solves the problem of financing difficulties and expensive financing for small and medium-sized enterprises.However,in the actual operation process,due to the problems of opaque information transmission,false trade background,and the inability of multi-level penetration of core enterprise credit,it is difficult to control the risk of financial institutions,and the overall business development is constrained.With the rapid rise of the concept of blockchain,people have also begun to explore how to use the inherent advantages of this technology attribute to explore its huge potential to solve the main problems in the supply chain financial business of financial institutions.With the wide application of blockchain technology in the construction of commercial bank systems,the research on risk management of related development projects is also very important.This paper takes the development project of the receivables chain platform of Bank S as an example,based on the risk management theory,combined with the characteristics of the development of the receivables chain platform,and analyzed and summarized various risk factors involved in the development project of the receivables chain platform by looking up literature and brainstorming.The risk factors were comprehensively identified and measured by issuing questionnaires,and a comprehensive indicator system consisting of four types of primary risk indicators and 18 secondary risk indicators was constructed.On this basis,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method to further analyze the identified risks,assign the weight of each risk factor,and thus obtain a comprehensive evaluation of risks.Finally,according to the above risk assessment results,specific countermeasures were formulated for the identified high-risk projects,which ensured the smooth launch and promotion of S Bank’s receivables chain platform development project.Through the scientific evaluation and demonstration of qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper will help Bank S to effectively manage the risks arising from the development project of the receivables chain platform.At the same time,in combination with the characteristics of S Bank’s receivables chain platform,the risk of blockchain technology is also included in the assessment of risk management,which provides a reference for the risk management of this technology in other projects of Bank S. |
