| With the construction of urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery in China entering a period of rapid development,building a more intelligent operation and maintenance platform has become an urgent need for the operation and maintenance management of comprehensive pipe gallery.The contradiction between the lagging management mode of traditional building operation and maintenance information and the new demand of current operation and maintenance system is becoming more and more prominent.The modeling method of integrated pipe gallery based on BIM can show the integrated pipe gallery as detailed and intuitive as possible.Based on the integrated pipe gallery model,the development of integrated pipe gallery operation and maintenance model in unity3 d platform can effectively solve the existing contradiction of pipe gallery operation and maintenance.Based on Unity3 D and BIM Technology,this thesis studies the key technologies in the establishment of the integrated pipe gallery operation and maintenance management system,and completes the development of the integrated pipe gallery operation and maintenance management system.The main research contents and results of this thesis are as follows:The operation and maintenance management system of integrated pipe gallery is developed based on unity3 d platform.Research on the construction of BIM model and integrated management system of urban management corridor and integrated management corridor.(1)Aiming at the situation that there are many kinds of components in the comprehensive pipe gallery and the modeling efficiency is low,the coding rules of the comprehensive pipe gallery are designed and the component family library of the comprehensive pipe gallery is created.At the same time,a rapid modeling method of integrated pipe gallery model is proposed to realize the rapid generation of integrated pipe gallery structure main body,inlet pipeline and auxiliary facilities model.(2)According to the characteristics that the comprehensive pipe gallery is built underground,the urban scene along the upper part of the comprehensive pipe gallery is modeled.Based on dynamo and Revit API development,it realizes the rapid creation of roads,buildings models along the line.(3)The integration method of Bim and unity3 d model is studied.The shortcomings of the existing fusion methods of Bim and unity3 d model are analyzed,and a lossless integration method of BIM model in unity3 d is proposed.The geometric structure and attribute information of the model are stored separately by the method of "digital analog separation".The collection attributes and material map information of the model are used to realize geometric reconstruction and material map addition in unity3 d through JSON file.Establish the correlation mechanism between pipe gallery and database to complete the lossless integration of the model.(4)Complete the development and testing of UI framework,simulation roaming,monitoring and early warning,click query and other functional modules.Design the UI framework of the operation and maintenance management system,and manage each interface of the operation and maintenance management system of the comprehensive pipe gallery through the UI framework.According to the actual needs of the operation and maintenance management of the pipe gallery,the sub function modules of the system are designed.Based on the unity3 d platform,the functions of each sub module of operation and maintenance management are realized through the database communication and the platform’s own animation system and script life cycle. |
